If I needed to, I would use them. There is NOTHING wrong when you ask for help when you NEED it. Now, I want to THUMP the people that DON'T need WIC but use it. (Example, someone that has 8 kids by 8 different dads and doesn't want to work. Just wants to use the system.) When used CORRECTLY, it is a Help Up. May people get off it after a while. I APPLOUD the people that are smart enough to know when they need a little help.
