Me and my boyfriend have stopped going to Applebess, because of the same complaints that you just mentioned. One thing that I have learned now about eating out, is not to be afraid and speak up and ask for a manager. They are alot more willing to fix the problems and make up for it while you are there, rather than just complain about it afterward. I hope everything works out for you.
