Our 10 yr old RCA bit the dust yesterday. It just won't power up. I can't complaint, we got a lot of use out of it. It's on almost every day from noon to about 10PM and longer on weekends.

We are probably going to get a Flat Screen LCD HDTV, 32 ". Anybody have any pros/cons/brand recommendations?

We're lucky that we have almost every major retailer near us and one local one, PC Richard and Sons. We've gotten good deals from them before. A co-worker got good deal on a Samsung Flat Screen at Sears (ducks while Venice throws something). We've had good luck with the Samsung brand.

We'll probably head out shopping tonight. I'm tired of watching movies on my laptop. We have a TV in the bedroom but if I watch in there, I'll fall asleep.
