See, this guy Randy is okay by me. He wrote a good letter, has valid complaints. When I questioned them, he responding in a well-thought-out manner and (here's the important part:) *didn't take my posts as a personal attack*! Which is good, because they weren't meant to be an attack!

More letter posters should be like this guy!
