I agree with you. I think ebay is wrong in forcing sellers to use PayPal or propay.

Granted, I myself never allowed check or money order payments due to them being a hassle for me, however, I know of many sellers who use paper payments exclusively with no more issues than folks who use paypal exclusively.

Ebay is getting more fees by forcing this issue. Sure, some of the reasons they list are valid, however, they can eeasily be handled with sellers tracking things correctly.
