You didn't jump through all the hoops - you failed to bring the coupon (but as other's have pointed out, are you sure you didn't use it at BRU and thought you could use it twice?)

Just because you didn't meet the criteria for the gift card and they opted not to give in and give you what you wanted anyway does not mean that they don't value your business.
