I agree -- management needs to fix the problem

I like Wendy's double burger, but without the mayo and cheese. When I order it that way, nine times out of ten they serve it with cheese! On one visit they had to make three burgers to get mine right.
These errors cost Wendy's a lot of money and you'd think the management would figure a way to solve the problem. IMO the system they use is "paperless" and this leads to errors and confusion for non-standard orders.
