I have an AE card because of Costco. We always pay more than the minimum. On Black Friday my card was denied. I was humiliated! I called them and they told me it was because of my "profile" and to check with Experian. My line of credit went from $25,000 to $8,400. I think it's because they are trying to become a bank to cash in on the bailout. What a crock!
