Same here. I called to request a pin to access cash while out of town and the next day my credit limit went from 15000 to 500. they said it was due to a review of my credit and that certain conditions in my profile had changed. NOTHING CHANGED. my fico score is 730-how could I be a risk. They are running my score down by lowering my credit limits-debt/credit ratio. now it looks as if my cards are maxed out. Amex will never get my business again!
