The other option is that it's a new 2008 model, which can be had for as cheap as $13,400 new right now for just the basic XL trim'ed 4X2. Even the basic 4X4 is less than $18K.

The third option is that some might be offering supplier pricing. I just checked my pricing and I can get many 08's for less than $17K, but I would get into the low 20K range for a 4X4 @ supplier pricing.
