Wow, what a complete mess. There is no reason for the lack of caring and common courtesy you indicate these people demonstrated.

I am surprised when someone from their own company "claimed" to have contacted nine stores and none had cribs, you were actually able to locate the crib in at least 4 stores.

Either the person who claimed to have contacted those stores for you was less than honest, or there is quite an inventory mess going on. Either way, I dont blame you for being annoyed!
