Are you kidding?
They WERE on top of things! You even admit they WERE sending you bills.
You were the one not on top of things, by not noticing you weren't getting any bills after 4 years!
How are they going to know your bills were being intercepted by your daughter.
Unbelievable that you would blame Verizon for any of this.
