Definitely was not a type-o on my part. Dish informed me during my last communication with them that they can take money whenever there is a past due balance (which was due to their faulty equipment) being charged to my account. Rather than call me, or issue a reminder they simply pulled what they wanted rather than what I authorized (which was for monthly charges only).
I am concerned about people knowing that their policy allows them to basically pull what they want. What is the purpose of an online bill pay service, when they can just put in an arbitrary amount?
