The sound goes out on these TV's after about 2 years. Dell is aware of the issue. They are working hard to ignore it. They no longer sell/support (Dell)TV's. They will offer to remedy the problem by selling you another (repaired?)TV for only 20% more than the price of a new one. I have called several times and sent several emails to customer (non)service. I sent an email to MD and finally got a response ( a flunkie sent a link to a repair place, they would not touch it). I think maybe it's time MD should get another email, or 2 or 3 or ?...
