Did Wal-Mart sell it to you knowing that it was missing items? Doubtful. Chances are they got it from their supplier like that.

As for them not taking it back, how do they know that you didn't just take the items and bring it back claiming they were missing? Not saying you did, they are just covering their own butts. I get it.
