X-Men 3: The characters are all underdeveloped. The plotlines are incoherent. The dialogue is corny. Halle Berry ruins every scene she's in. They crammed about three movies worth of ideas into one. The fight scenes are ridiculously bad. The special effects look cheap. The CGI is terrible. The directing is lazy and uninspired. Patrick Stewart is completely wasted. Anna Paquin is only in the movie for about three scenes. The Phoenix storyline doesn't live up to its potential from the comics. All of the interesting mutants from the first movies are replaced with boring new ones. The whole film feels rushed. And they totally ruined Juggernaut for no good reason.
