I bought a plan and they called it Bumper to Bumper!!!! I went to my dealership and I had a problem with my Suspension computer and my torsion bars, i am no mechanic. But not only was it impossible for my DEALER TO REACH THE WARRANTY COMPNAY BUT THEY DENIED THE CLAIM AFTER 4 DAYS1!!

I tried to cancel and I got the run around and had to yell and scream and threaten to involve my lawyer before they agreed to refund me. When I got my refund, I only got about 1/3rd of what I paid. i CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THERE ARE CANCEL FEES AND BROKER FEES AND BASICALLY THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

I am telling everyone to beware of these scam artists they also work under two names Smart auto Warranty and Carchex
