I hear this commerical all the time and I pay attention to it.

The 99 dollars is for replacing the pads on all 4 wheels and resurfacing the rotors. The commercial even states that additional work could be substantial. They use the word "substanstial"!! That is a clue, most cases will be substantial.

As the commerical goes: Why do you do it Just Brakes? At just brakes we really dooooooooo care!!
