Re: Credit Card Fraud--Multiple cases/attempts

Greetings Frank,
I cancelled services with Globat.com in April of 2008 due to my two websites frequently being down a few days at a time and email services being down a week at a time. Globat's only response was the services were down for maintenance.
I properly transferred the domain name registrations and the web hosting services to BlueHost.com in April of 2008. I experienced obstacles and difficulties with getting Globat.com to release the domain names and web sites.
However, as evidenced by the WHOIS registry, the domain names and web hosting was transfererd to BlueHost.com in April of 2008:
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/seiths.com
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/home-machine-shop.com
Since April of 2008, Globat.com has continued to send billing notices and made attempts to charge my credit card.
Globat.com refuses to acknowledge that my domain names and web hosting are under the authority of BlueHost.com as evidenced by the WHOIS registry.
Globat.com insists that I must log on to their command console and perform some hocus pocus to stop the billing. However, Globat.com terminated my command console logon in May of 2008 when they sent me a "Final Notice" of services for each of my domains.
I have received multiple emails from billing@globat.com just this week in March of 2009!
