Hello Dennis, It is really unfortunate that things got to this point; you're obviously very frustrated and justifiably so. I can see that you have a very good working knowledge of the systems that are used to deliver high speed internet service (or the lack thereof in your case).

I'm not a DSL technician, but I am well versed in the various systems and process that should be used to at the very least to explain the issue and what can be done to rectify it in a timely manner.
