I actually like this letter. It's very well written. I saw X-Men 3 a few days ago and I was unaware of the scene at the end. Dammit... Still, the theater should not deny you your money's worth. They probably had another group of people waiting for the next show to begin and they had to clean up, but that's no excuse. The theater should allow more time between showings and not rush people out the door.
