Totally Unfair and unethical business practice. Been a customer with AMEX for 13 years and paying the total amount due on time every time and this is HOW THEY TREAT ME!!! Cut my credit line to half.

AMEX will have to pay for this kind of thing. I will make sure that going forward and once I have paid off the card - i will cancel the account and NEVER use your card anymore. I will also make sure that this kind of treatment will be known to all my relatives, friends, customers.

Sorry to say but I had a high opinion about AMEX till now. They will regret such decisions.
