Thank you, OP! I completely agree.

I live in a suburb outside of Houston where the population is over 80% white. Our local Popeye's restaurant hung all of their signs in Spanish with no translating captions in English.

I completed to the corporate office for Popeye's as well.

If someone wants to come here, then they need to learn how to speak the language. Can you imagine what would happen if you went to Mexico and insisted they SPEAK ENGLISH?
