This is good news...and all it took was some re-progrmming on their part to be able to look up purchases (exception cash).
I think this is a breakthrough and although I did not have any issue with keeping my receipt for the 90 days it will be a pleasure to (hopefully) see less and less complaint letters in here regarding Target's return policy.
