I understand saying "Glad I'm not the only one" doesn't make things better, but at least you didn't get a phone call from AmEx saying "Do you realize your credit limit was reduced?" the MORNING of the decrease! We use our AmEx for our business as well, pay off the balance every month. My husband made a $3900.00 purchase at Costco and 2 (TWO!!) hours later, we got the phone call saying our limit was $4100.00 (down from $12k). I asked the rep how on Earth I could've known if their phone call was my first notice. I'm just so frustrated with this whole experience!!!
