It is KFC, which isn't the best at customer service. I think running out of ready-to-serve items is pretty much SOP at most KFC's, so reprimanding the manager doesn't seem appropriate. And when it comes down to it, this wait really isn't all that long. Certainly not long enough to receive any compensation, other than perhaps free biscuits.
