Additionally, I love the "new" eBay... They have really stepped up their customer service lately with the new requirements for sellers. It sure makes it a lot more buyer friendly.
People may complain about it, but anything less that perfect is a strike in the real world. At work (Holiday Inn), if a guest gives less than very satisfied on some questions through the guest satisfaction survey, the hotel is considered to have failed, just like eBay considers the seller to have failed.
