Did you contact the manager of this store to correct the fact that you added an extra 15%? If not then you should....maybe it was a bunch of teenagers working and didn't comprehend the fact that you had already added 15%..? I also wanted to say HURRAY to you for being a foster mom..... YOU deserve tips for that!!
