Believe, rudeness in Hallmark store doesn't just take place in Snellville, Ga. I think and know the rudest people that work in a Hallmark store is in Kingsport, TN. They completely ignore coustomers and would rather walk around them they offer help. The manager is a forigner which speaks lousy English and you can't under stand her. And the rest of the staff don't have the disire to offer help. The owners of the store don't have the decendency to hire good help the ones they had that cared they fired. Maybe the owners will loose they business if enough people compalin.
