I don't think you're going to have to worry about flaming people because (1) your complaint is valid, (2) Though justifiably angry, you somehow remain calm, and (3) you're not even asking for freebies as compensation (which I personally would have, but hey that's your choice and I respect it.)

People using this site to complain could learn a lesson from how you handle complaints in your letters.
