Most of the time when I ask for ketchup with my fries, I no longer get it. Totally unacceptable. When I go to the drive-thru, they also don't automatically put ketchup in your bag if you order fries anymore. Ketchup with fries should be the rule. I have had to ask up to 5 times, numerous times to get ketchup, straws, basic condiments, napkins and the order made right. Seems like they could do better. Napkins SHOULD be included in a to-go bag. I SHOULD NOT have to ask for that. Super trashy and cheap.
