The staff didn't know the answer to a question. You "wasted an entire lunch hour driving around finding an unblocked fax number to send." Who's stupid again?
I feel sure that there is a disclaimer posted somewhere at Kinko's that says something like, "Fed-Ex Kinko's can not be held responsible for any loss of revenue or damages..." etc. It is highly unlikely that they would be responsible for a time-sensitive document not getting where it was supposed to.
I would feel badly for you, except that you letter is so mean-spirited. Getting something faxed on time is your responsibility, not theirs. I have no sympathy.
