there the "13 rule" was only on the TOS because of the law
in fact the ENTIRE TOS there was just lip-service and was almost never enforced.

the only time they drew a line was when someone impersonated another member's 4yr old daughter using pictures her father had posted online once.


but other than that... it was a giant free for all, with everything allowed from foul language to xrated pics.

i think that's why moby finally killed it. it had become a giant internet cesspool
