I could have written this letter myself.

I also have written a few letters here and don't post often but I do read the letters here almost daily. I keep up with all the latest drama by reading the blogs. I do not communicate with anyone on this site, and I am not anyone but me.
I am not what you would call a regular and I don't have a dog in this fight.

I have noticed the PFB representative that you speak of and I feel the same way. I think that this particular person represents PFB so poorly and some of their comments have been so disgusting and unprofessional that I am surprised something has not been done about them.

I agreed with the 6 strike rule. Why wouldn't I? I don't think I make inappropriate comments. I didn't disagree with the kitchen table. It's not that i thought it was a good idea, but I don't think it was a bad one. I also felt that there were regulars that would be rude and bully other posters/letter writers and I appreciated admin stepping in. This PFB rep though is a serious turnoff.

Having employees/volunteers like this is not going to be good for this site.
