I did call this phone number because Parents Magazine used the same tactics to make me pay. They sent me a $12 bill three or four times (I never paid of course). As I was fed up, I called 800-727-3682 and I kindly asked them to stop asking me to pay for something I had never subscribed to. Well, right away, the customer service representative offered to cancel the subscription. Strange, isn't it? Who would offer to cancel a subscription so easily?

Here's my opinion:
- We of course never subscribed to Parents Magazine. When you visit their website or any associated website, you are kindly invited to enter your contact information to win something or to get some nice promotions (free). Then, they send you their magazine and a few weeks later they send you a bill. How smart and convenient? To be clear, EVERYTIME, when you want to subscribe to a magazine, you HAVE to pay online, right away, by credit card. No company would send anybody a magazine without being sure they were paid first.
- When I asked the representative when I had supposedly subscribed to the magazine, she answered "July 15". Well, let's be clear again: I had been receiving their "fake/wrong" bills far before July. That means this representative did not even know when I had supposedly bought my subscription. Case and Point. They just want to force you to pay for something you don't want.

Hello??? Anybody knows a lawyer to make them stop?
