I had the same problem all it is is the switches are bad the door lock high speed spin is the bad part. if they are repairing other things they are lying to you. my washer is doing the sdame thing i had the switch replaved 3 years ago and now i did it myself this week again. but be careful my door has locked and wont open so not sure what the problem is. ill never buy a maytag again im going to look at an LG
