it's related because the poster said that giving out bags ranks right up there with giving out change to someone who isn't buying anything.

so, i thought it was funny that you can't get change even when you are buying things!

although i gave people change all the time as long as it wasn't UNREASONABLE like 5 dollars in quarters when they hadn't made a purchase. a guy who walked in off the street and didn't buy anything who needed change for $1 to use the payphone....um, yeah...why not?
