bend the rules a little. If nobody is getting hurt, it's not for me to police every employee of every company. If I see someone sneaking a smoke break, it's no skin off my nose. Someone asks me to pull forward a few feet to wait for my fresh, tamper-free food... what do I care? An employee lets me slide on a small drink, I am not going to report him to his supervisors.
On the other hand, it's reassuring to know that there are people out there who never fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign, never go above the speed limit, only do company work on company time, never tell a white lie, blah blah blah.
