Has anyone thought of instant messaging for PFB?

You know like many other message boards, you can see who is logged on, and send them instant messages directly through the site, or leave them an email etc.

Might also be an effective way of letting them know they have received a demerit, they may not always check their email.

Think of the possibilities!
