I just read Franese's statement and PFB's reply in that letter. IMO, Franese's statement sounds accusatory and antagnostic (and rather sarcastic), not Planetfeedback's.

I admit that I don't always agree with PFB's responses or even how the site is run, but in this case, I think PFB answered appropriately.
