I think it should be treated like employers treat employees. There is no need for us to know how something was handled or that it even was.
Bugs the crap out of me when my employees want to know how I disaplined someone. I just tell them it was handled.
When it comes to customer concerns about this site its the admin teams job to handle it, and our job to stay out of it and just assume it was handled and everything is fine.
I am sure they dont need us speaking for them or guessing that something is wrong because what they did wasnt made public.
