The chicken salad sandwich was grilled, and cut up like it was suppose to be a chicken salad sandwich. Also, this is how I choose to contact company's. At the time, I did not have the number to the Arby's number. If I had been inside, obviously, I would have taken it back -- I was not driving back, or calling long distance to complain. Hopefully, Arby's will be contacted via this site.
