This has been an ongoing problem for several years. This is only the last straw. If this were even the 20th email, or problem, I would not be so angered. This is virtually an every delivery thing. It's to the point that other companies are going to suffer. I can no longer deal with this company. Several years of "bad luck" has put me to the boiling point. This email implies several of the problems I have encountered with this company.

Trust me; I understand mistakes happen. I make more than my share of them. And, quite frankly, I have two expectations from a company. That's it. Just two. And, one would think they are not that high of a standard.
1. You do what you say you will do.
2. When you make a mistake, you take responsibility, and you fix it.

Has the bar been dropped so low, that those two basics can't even be met? And, we accept this? No wonder companies don't care about customer service anymore.

You know, years ago an employee would have been written up or fired for throwing packages as he did. Years ago, customers were a lot meaner, and on the first attempt to deal with a situation, and they were considered to be "always right". A company did whatever it took to make the customer happy. Today, if you tell a company they suck, people act like that's the worst thing that ever happened.

Despite my not being old, I know what customer service used to be. What we are getting isn't even close. Companies are so huge today, they dont care if they lose 1000 customers; much less taing care of the one that fell through the crack.
