The policy of only getting your meds at Walgreens and grilling an employee over how they contracted a disease seems to violate her rights to privacy. There are medications I take that, while not serious, are also not necessarily ones I'd like my co-workers knowing about.

However, as someone pointed out below, she did call in sick a lot which could be a black mark against her case. Hopefully a labor board or labor attorney can sort through it.
