Your kids were not treated badly or discriminated against. The theater has a policy that all patrons must abide by. Personally I'm all for it. I've had too many movies ruined by young children that should not have been there in the first place.

Instead of just accepting the policy like grownups you chose to teach your children that if they don't like a rule, cheat. Great. Not only that, you got caught cheating and now want to be compensated for that. Wonderful. I guess your kids will still get their allowance even if they don't follow your rules.
