if it's via snail mail it's worth looking into.



if this is via email then it's a hoax.


For example I've received notices that my account was locked due to illegal activity and that I was barred from using it until I logged in to the link they provided & verified it was me. I was also banned from making new accounts.


BUT I knew they were lying. The notice had been sent to an email address that wasn't associated with my paypal account.
