A good server will repeat the order before leaving the table. Had this server done that you may have caught what she put on the order slip and corrected it at that time.

(I was glad when BWW moved from our local shopping center. The food was horrendous and very expensive.
There is now a nice family restaurant in the same storefront and they took the bar out and made it a game area for the kids. Much better atmosphere.)
