what exactly was rude?

it's not rude to tell a customer "no" actually.
you did get the extra olives but had to pay for them.

"retraining" might not change this if the policy states how many olives they are allowed to use.

yes others might have given more, but there could have been a policy change since then.



however that doesn't mean she was actually "rude" or that she "doesn't want to work"
