I have the same thing with my Palm Pre

Its apparently universal. The insurance covers everything EXCEPT the screen. The way it was explained to me is the screen is 99% of the device so replacing that is the equivilant of getting a new phone. The insurance covers everything else on the phone except the screen. So battery, in my case keyboard, scratches to the case, broken button etc. are covered.

It cost me $100.00 to get my palm pre fixed. Looks like its the same for you.
