I wish there was a place where David's Bridal actually read these messages.

Three times I have been hung up on when calling two seperate David's Bridal stores. Once was because a salesperson said, "I don't have time to talk to you right now." The other two times were by a seamstress who got frusturated when she couldn't understand me. I found out later that she doesn't speak english.

I also received my dress back from alterations dirty. It still had pins in it and they tore the bag that they made us by for the dress.

This stretches to Men's Wearhouse where the sales person acted as though she hated her job and was EXTREMELY rude to family members.

I know it is hard to work with "bridezillas" but for those of us who aren't that at all and would like to have a rewarding, relaxed experience, it might be nice to step it up.
